Emails staying in outbox with Error report

When I send an email I get this error.."some errors occured while processing the requested task" but no details given.  The email IS sent..
however shows up in the outbox and it will continue to be sent over and over when I go to my email page unless I delete
it immediately.  A copy never goes into the sent mail box.  I use outlook.  Hve checked with my porovider and everything is working fine on their end.  (road runner)

Or just do this.  Go to File | Identities and set up a new Identity.  Then set your mail account up and make sure it works in that Identity and you can send okay.  Then, when it does, go to File | Import | Messages and import them from the older Identity. 
That should fix the issue as it gives you a new outbox and sent items as well as the other folders.  Then make a backup of the messages in case they get wiped out.
