Prior to my computer startup beginning with this CHKDSK format, I did have a message: "A Windows Serious error occurs after a blue screen crash followed by a stop error that refers to the file HPZid412.sys".  Was directed to go to HP to get latest driver
and HP claimed I had the latest driver but suggested I down COL10862.exe (1/1 441.79K).

.supposed to resolve "Unexpected & Internal Errors".
