Hi, 
I´ve bought a 8.9 inch screen laptop and it came with windows 8 pro 32bits.
It as shutting down for an hour and i get qorried and I do what i do to windows 7, click in the botton.
It started to have the preparing automatic repair and i can´t let it.
It didn´t came with cd and it doesn´thas cd player.
What to do???
Please help!!!

Try these methods and check if it helps:
Method 1:
Check if the issue is caused by some of the hardware malfunctioning on your computer.
I suggest that you disconnect all the External devices connected to your computer, except the mouse and keyboard and check if the same issue occurs.
Method 2:
You may download the .ISO file of Windows 8 on another computer, burn it onto a DVD or a flash drive of 3-4 GB and insert it in the computer to repair it.

Once you have the installation media, you may go ahead and perform automatic repair to recover the computer.

Insert the installation DVD or USB and boot
Windows 8 from it.In the ‘Windows setup’ page select the ‘language to install’,‘Time and currency format’ and the ‘keyboard or input method’ and
click on ‘next’.Click on‘Repair your computer’ and select ‘Troubleshoot’.Click on ‘Advanced options’ and select ‘Automatic Repair’ and select the operating system.
Method 3:
Insert the installation media and go to Advance options again and select “Command Prompt”.
Try the steps:
Type the following commands one after the other and press enter:
bootrec /fixMBR
bootrec /Fixboot
bootrec /rebuildBCD
Also:
chkdsk /r c:
chkdsk /r d:
chkdsk /r e:
chkdsk /r f:
restart the computer and check.

In this method we will try to Boot in Safe mode with Networking and see if the error still persists.

• Search "MSCONFIG" and Open.
