Backup and Restore - I get an error The backup application could not start due to an internal error: Server execution failed (0x80080005).

When I try to "Set up backup" under "Backup and Restore" I get an error "The backup application could not start due to an internal error: Server execution failed   (0x80080005)".
I am running windows 7 home premium on a CyberPower PC.
I have tried the "answers" in other posts but still get the same error, including disabling all services and startup items first.
I do not have any virus software running other than MS securities essential.
Please help as this is frustrating me and wasting considerable time.

Boot in Safe Mode:

• Open Run command as previously described
• Type MSConfig
• Click on Boot tab
• Tick Safe boot in Boot option
• Select Network
• Click Apply and OK
• Reboot your system

Your system will boot in Safe mode with Networking. You may now try and open Windows Store and should not see any errors.
