I keep getting the apphangb1 error everytime that I try running my camera editing software, ib.
I have tried the suggestions on this forum and even contacted the customer support for the software.
None of them work.

Is the full error.
This all seems to have started when I was prompted to upgrade the software, which brought upon it to freeze when I tried using it.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled and it continues.

I did try clean booting it, and the problem still occurred.
The problem only seems to occur once I update the program to the most recent version.
