I get this error  message when I try to click a link to another part of the article

I have both aol and Hotmail email services.
I have tried for weeks to fix this can you please help?

Are you accessing your emails using Internet Explorer ?Are you using an email client program like Windows Live mail or Microsoft Office Outlook?When do you exactly receive the error message?
This error is received when you are trying to perform a function without having the required software, which an email client provides.
Neither AOL nor Hotmail comply as they can only be configured using an email client program.
If you have an email client already installed in your system, you may set that program as the default program to prevent this error.

If you failed to fix it, another option is to call Microsoft and walk through the process with a technician. To do this, dial "1-800-936-5700". Explain the error that you received and the steps in the update process during which it was displayed.
