all of my icons on my pc is itunes and every time i try to open a page or any file for that matter itunes opens .
any fixex or how do i reset back to factory?

The best thing to try first would be to rebuild your Icon Cache.
1.
Click theStart button, and click Computer .
2.
On theTool bar, click Organize and choose
Folder and Search Options .
3.
Click theView tab, and check to select the Show hidden files and folders option , and clickOK .
4.
Then, enter the following directory:
 
%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local
 
5.
Find theIconCache.db file, and rename it as
IconCache.db.old.
6.
Close the window, and restart the computer.

Run CHKDSK

• Go to the Start button.
• In the Search box, type "cmd" (without quotes) and press Enter.
• At the command prompt, type "chkdsk /r /f" (without quotes) and press Enter.
• Reboot your computer.
