the only website i cannot access is fubar.com....diagnostics says they r not responding to my ping.message unable to veiw webpage

sorry did as u suggested and still cannot load the page...says website not answering my ping...have tried ET,Firefox,GoogleChrome,Safari and none work to solve this issue.no one seems able to help me with this,some just say timed out because took
too long responding but that means the same to me.thank u for ur time and help...

ping is not the best diagnostic for this symptom.  Use telnet 80 instead.

This never timed out so a conclusion would be that there is no HTTP server listening there--at least for my IP address.

If a connection was made the cursor would appear in the top left at which point I would enter:  GET /

Boot in Safe Mode:

• Open Run command as previously described
• Type MSConfig
• Click on Boot tab
• Tick Safe boot in Boot option
• Select Network
• Click Apply and OK
• Reboot your system

Your system will boot in Safe mode with Networking. You may now try and open Windows Store and should not see any errors.
