Condense a list of duplicates, but there are two determining factors

Hello,
 
I am having difficulty condensing-removing the duplicates- of a two column dependent list.
Attached you will find my workbook which has a long list of information in columns A through C, which is continuously being added to.
I need to find the independent
Long List of Duplicate with its corresponding Category to be placed into the "Chart of single values with corresponding categories."
 
In the "Chart of single values with corresponding categories" table I need the List and Categories to show similar values that I have manually put into those columns.
So Blue has both a "Blue" "10" and a "Blue" "20", but Green only has a "Green" "20."
 
The columns in blue I am writing in manually, which will stay that way.
 
Is this possible?

• In the File Name box, type a name for your backup file, such as "Windows Operating System Backup".
• In the Export Range box, be sure that "Selected branch" is selected.
• Click Save.
• The file is then saved with a .reg file extension.
• You now have a backup of your MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION-related registry entry.
