Can you automatically alphabetize data in a form's combo box when you add it to the bound table?

Hi All,
I have a form called [NCMR Report Form].
A couple of the fields in it are bound to tables.
For example, the [SupplierName] field (which is a combo box) is bound to tblSuppliers, [CustomerName] to tblCustomers, etc.
 
This morning I discovered that when I add a Supplier into tblSuppliers, it will automatically populate into the [SupplierName] field on the form, but to the end of the list, not alphabetically.
Is it possible to have it alphabetized? Say another coworker
wants to add Microsoft Inc.
as a Supplier so they go into the table and add it to the bottom of the list, can I adjust a setting in either the table setup or in the form setup so that it will show up in the right place on the list of choices when they fill
out that field in the form?

The order that the records appear in the table is unimportant so what you need to fix is your combo box Row Source.
Open your form in design view.
Select the combo box. If it is the table you will have to change it to a query on the table.
Click on the RowSource line.
You should see a builder button (...) to the right of the line.
Click that button to invoke the query builder.
The Query designer will open.
Add all your fields to the grid (if they are not already there) in the same order as they are in the table.
Then sort the SupplierName in ascending order.
That should do it.
When a user adds a new supplier you might have to add a line of code to requery the combo box to move it to the right spot, but we can talk about that if need be.
